Cooking with Kids! Touchdown Taco Bowls Session 1 In-Person
Are you in need of some food inspiration? Get the whole family involved in the kitchen with this kid-friendly cooking program! Gather together in the library with a handful of simple ingredients and get ready to create a tasty snack together with children’s librarian Ms. Lisa.
February 2nd & February 9th - Touchdown Taco Bowls
Cooking with Kids meets every Monday at 4 pm. We now offer 2 sessions of the same recipe. We will prepare the same recipe 2 weeks in a row to allow more children to participate. Please only choose one session for each recipe on the calendar. If the session you are looking at is full, please check the other session for openings. Registration for both sessions will open on the same day.
THIS EVENT IS FOR KIDS IN KINDERGARTEN-5TH GRADE ONLY. NO YOUNGER SIBLINGS ARE PERMITTED. This event is a drop off event.
The Rye Free Reading Room cannot guarantee an allergen free atmosphere and library staff do not oversee food for potential allergens. This program may involve ingredients such as dairy, nuts, tree nuts, soy, or other allergens. Those with severe allergies should be aware that allergens may be present in the library. Parents and guardians are responsible for monitoring children with allergies.
Space is limited and preregistration is required. Signups begin on January 26th.
