Spelling Bee - Middle School Spelling Bee In-Person
The Eighth Annual Spelling Bee!
The Board of Trustees of the Rye Free Reading Room are organizing the eigth annual spelling bee, coming November 11, 2025.
Middle School (Grades 6 to 8)
Grand Prize:
- Middle School Student: $500
The Middle School scholarship is donated in honor of Emanuela Riccio and Richard Mecca. The scholarship and trophy will be awarded at the Rye Free Reading Room Annual Meeting on February 5th, 2026 at 7 pm. Winners also have their name engraved on the permanent spelling bee trophy in the library.
